GREEN BEAN DISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans green beans
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. corn flakes
1 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Mix in green beans. Put 1/3 of green beans in dish and then 1/2 of grated cheese. Continue layers ending with beans. Top with corn flakes mixed with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
