GREEN BEAN QUICHE 
2 lg. cans of green beans
1 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs, beaten
Season to taste

Cook beans, in skillet saute onions, garlic and mushrooms, in butter. Blend mixture with green beans and cheese, put in lightly greased casserole pan. Blend milk, bisquick and eggs and seasoning, pour over vegetable mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
