BAKED RIBS 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. lean beef-short-ribs
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes (pared and quartered)
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Horseradish
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce

Cut beef into serving size pieces; trim fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; place in casserole. Brown, uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off fat. Add potatoes, onion, celery, parsley and horseradish; pour on Hunts sauce. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
