BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. pimento, diced (opt.)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
Potato chips or crushed seasoned bread cubes

Combine chicken, celery, peas, almonds, green pepper, pimento, lemon juice and Miracle Whip. Mix well, and turn into a buttered 2 quart shallow glass dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips or crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbles.
