3 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat together well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees). Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
