CABBAGE CARROT SALAD 
SALAD:

1 med. green cabbage (med. shredded)
1 med. red onion (finely chopped)
1 carrot medium shredded
1/2 c. sugar

DRESSING:

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Salad: Using a large salad bowl, toss all vegetables. Add sugar and toss again. Make dressing and pour over salad. Toss. (Note: Salad tastes best after 3 or 4 hours of marinating in dressing).

Dressing: Using a small saucepan, combine all dressing ingredients. Bring to boil. Pour over salad and toss.
