CABBAGE-CARROT SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/8 c. sugar or 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. vinegar or 1/4 c. vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. cut up olives
2 tbsp. minced onion

To the boiling water blend in Jello. Add vinegar and sugar to taste, pinch of salt; mix together. Add to this shredded cabbage, carrots, onions and olives. Mix into Jello mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Serves 6.
