OLD FASHIONED CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 black skillet of cornbread
2 c. cooked rice
2 lg. bell peppers, chopped
2 lg. bunched of green onions, chopped
2 lg. white onions, chopped
4 toes garlic, chopped real fine
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. thyme (or a little sage or both)
1/2 lb. butter
