CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
Pepper
1 lg. head cabbage
20 crackers, approximately, crushed
Cheese

Chop cabbage and simmer in small amount of water (just enough to wilt cabbage). Place steamed cabbage in an oblong Pyrex dish (about 9 x 12) that has been buttered.

Prepare sauce and pour over semi-cooked cabbage. Then lastly put on the crushed crackers and dot with butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Just before taking out of oven, add some grated cheese on top and let melt.
