FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. fruit cocktail and juice (1 #2 can)

Mix all together; sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. 10x sugar
1/2 c. can milk
1 stick butter

Cook 4-5 minutes. Add 1 can coconut; let cool before putting on cake.
