APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples

Mix salad oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, nuts, salt and vanilla. Stir in apples.

Bake in Bundt pan 60 to 90 minutes at 350°F.
