FROZEN CUCUMBERS AND ONION 
2 qts. sliced cucumbers
2 tbsp. salt
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Combine cucumbers, salt, onions, and enough water to cover. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Next day; drain. Add sugar and vinegar. Put in refrigerator for an additional 24 hours. Next day, put into freezer container and freeze. Enjoy fresh cucumbers all year round.
