SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tbsp. dried
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Thaw spinach. Place in sieve and with spoon press out excess water. Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve with celery, carrot or other vegetable sticks with crackers.
