ROLLED TACOS 
1 med. chopped onion
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. pod minced garlic
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 sm. can chopped green chilies

Saute onions and garlic. Add green chilies, broth, cornstarch while stirring. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Mix until thickens. Cook corn tortillas in skillet just enough to soften. Roll mixture in tortillas then fry.
