TATER TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
2/3 c. water
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (11 oz.) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup (undiluted)
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots

In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add corn and soup; mix well. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over the top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Yield: 8 servings.
