CRUNCH PIE 
2 graham crackers pie shell
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/3 c. real lemon juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice together. Add pineapple, coconut and pecans. Fold in the Cool Whip and pour into the pie shells. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
