GLAZED CARROTS 
1 pkg. baby carrots, steamed or boiled first
1/4 c. honey
1 stick butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. hot water

In skillet, heat water and butter until butter is completely melted. Add honey and brown sugar and stir until it reaches a syrup consistency. Add baby carrots to mixture. Heat over low heat for 5 minutes.
