CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3/4 can Hershey syrup

Mix cake mix according to directions on the box. Add 3/4 cup creme de menthe and mix well. Bake 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. When cake is cool, poke holes in top of cake with a fork. Pour 3/4 can of Hershey's syrup over the cake.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool whip
2 tbsp. creme de menthe

Mix together the ingredients for topping and spread over the top of the cake. Refrigerate cake until ready to use.
