SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. baking powder
oil
1 can beefy mushroom or cream of mushroom soup
water

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties and brown in frying pan in small amount of oil. Drain off excess fat. Mix together soup and 1 soup can of water. Pour over browned meat patties. Cover and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
