HAM WRAPPED PINEAPPLE SPEARS 
1/2 sm. ripe pineapple
8 oz. thinly sliced ham
Lettuce for garnish

Peel, core and quarter pineapple. Cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick spears. Cut spears in half. Slice ham into 3/4 inch wide strips and wrap around centers of pineapple spears. Garnish with lettuce. Makes about 20 servings.
