1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all together with fork and press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan with fork.

2ND PART:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs

Let cheese set out at room temperature. Beat cheese and eggs together for 5 minutes, gradually add sugar. Mix until creamy. Pour over 1st part. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
