1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, butter
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar

Mix cake mix, one egg, and butter and put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. This is the crust.

Mix the cream cheese, two eggs and sugar. Pour over first mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
