18 crushed coconut cookies
1/2 pt. Rich's Whip, whipped
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 gal. orange, lemon, lime sherbet
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cookies, whip cream, sugar and vanilla. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in non- greased 9"x13" pan. Spoon on top sherbet and spread evenly. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze before serving.
