1 lg. pkg. Oreo's
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. soft cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

In blender, crush 2 rows of Oreo's. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish. Prepare pudding using 3 cups milk. Set aside. Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth. Add pudding and mix well. Pour over crushed cookie crust. Crush remaining row of cookies and sprinkle on top. Chill thoroughly before serving.
