HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 can sliced pineapple
2 tbsp. honey
2 - 2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain pineapple, save 2 tablespoons pineapple juice. Combine juice with 57 sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Put into baking dish; pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken the last 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
