3/4 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 2 pkgs. vanilla pudding (not instant) Toasted coconut 1 c. flour 1 c. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese 2 1/2 c. milk Cut butter into flour, mix finely chopped nuts into flour/butter mixture, and press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let cool. Whip together Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Spread on top of nuts, flour, and butter. Cook until thick, pudding and milk. Let cool, then add on top of Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Frost with rest of 10 oz. Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. |
