TWINKIE TORTE 
12 Twinkies (keep cold, easier to cut)
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water

Melt chocolate chips, sugar, and water in microwave. Add 3 egg yolks, one at a time, and beat well. Add 3 egg whites, well beaten. Fold into chocolate mixture. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream. Slice Twinkies lengthwise in thirds. Line bottom of pan with slices. Pour part of filling over slices. Add another layer of slices and pour rest of filling over. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 9 x 13 pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
