TATER TOT SURPRISE 
Tater Tots, frozen
Frozen broccoli cuts
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1/2 c. milk

In large casserole dish line dish around and flat on bottom with frozen tater tots. Brown ground beef; drain well and cover over tater tots. Then put over beef the frozen broccoli (layer). In separate bowl mix 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, 1/2 can French fried onions and milk when mixed; pour over broccoli. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Take out uncover put remaining cheese and sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake uncovered an additional 5-10 minutes.
