SALAD SLUSH 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed or chunk
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
2-3 sliced bananas
1-2 tsp. lo-cal sugar (opt.)

Mix all ingredients together, juice included and freeze. Remove 2 hours before serving.
