HAWAIIAN GOLDEN CARROTS 
1 c. pineapple bits
3 c. sliced, cooked carrots
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Mix carrots and pineapple in buttered baking dish. Combine reserved juice, brown sugar, tapioca, salt, and butter. Pour over carrots. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
