TURKEY ALMOND SUPREME 
Boneless turkey roast, cooked and cut into half inch cubes (4 c.)
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 oz. jar chopped pimiento
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1 c. dairy sour cream
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Cook celery, onion, and green pepper in butter 5 minutes. Combine with turkey, pimiento, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and water. Add sour cream to noodles. Combine turkey mixture and noodles. Put mixture in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour. If the recipe is divided in half, use a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 35 minutes.
