EASY ASPIC SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 to 4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drain and put in ice water for 20 minutes, drain

Dissolve Jello in hot water; add tomato sauce and lemon juice. Mix and chill until beginning to thicken. Add celery and shrimp. Chill until set. Makes 6 servings.
