1/4 c. butter 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. flour TOPPINGS: Frozen strawberries Whip cream Lemon Powdered sugar Fruit compote Bake pancake in a paella pan, a big iron frying pan, a large baking dish, or even a foil roasting pan. Place butter in pan and set in a 425 degree oven. While butter melts, beat eggs then add the milk. Then slowly add flour, the batter should be a little lumpy. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into the pan. Return pan to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve at once. Use your imagination with the toppings above are just a few suggestions. |
