DUTCH BABIES 
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

Put the butter in a 9 inch cast iron skillet and set in a 450 degree oven to melt. Put eggs in blender and whirl for 1 minute. Continue to whirl eggs while alternately adding the milk and flour a little at a time, continue blending for 30 seconds. Pour the batter into the hot melted butter in the skillet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately (as it sinks fast) with fresh lemon, powdered sugar and jam.
