DUTCH BABIES 
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Set butter in 2 quart casserole and place in hot oven to melt. Meanwhile beat eggs until very light. Slowly add milk. Slowly add flour. Pour into casserole and bake 15-20 minutes, until edges are high and golden brown. Remove from oven. Slice and top with fruit; dust with powdered sugar.
