CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
Boneless chicken (2 breasts)
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Place chicken breasts on bottom of ungreased casserole. Squeeze most of the water out of spinach and cover chicken. Top with mozzarella. Cook uncovered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 2.
