VEAL SCALOPPINE 
2 lb. veal cutlets
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. marsala wine

In a large skillet add oil and butter. Brown garlic cloves and remove. Dredge veal slices in flour and brown quickly on both sides. Remove to baking dish. Saute mushrooms in remaining oil and butter; add wine and water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and pour over veal. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for 30 minutes.
