3 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar

Mix into a masa (dough). Roll out into 7-inch circles. Fill with favorite preserves. Fold in half-crimp edges. Brush tops with egg whites or condensed milk. Grease cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown.
