SHORT - CUT COBBLER | |
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) roll refrigerator cookie dough (cookies may be butterscotch-nut or sugar) 2 cans prepared apple-pie filling 1/4 c. Brier Rabbit molasses 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Slice cookie dough into 12 slices; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine apple-pie filling, molasses, and spices; heat until bubbly. Pour filling into ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Arrange cookie slices on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees until cookies are brown. |
