FRUIT COBBLER 
3 c. fruit
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. tapioca

BISCUIT DOUGH:

2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick chilled butter
3/4 c. buttermilk, added slowly

Mix together fruit filling in pan and stir until butter melts. Pour fruit mixture into greased casserole. Spoon biscuit dough on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
