ORANGE COBBLER 
8 lg. oranges
Pie crust mix or Rich biscuit dough
2 c. sugar

Peel oranges, removing all white pulp, then tear in sections, using all the juice. Line sides of 8 x 10 baking pan with dough. Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup sugar and spread in bottom of pan. Pour in oranges and rest of sugar and stir lightly. Dot oranges with 3 tablespoons butter. Cover with whole crust or lattice strips and bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until browned on top.
