APPLE CRUMB COBBLER | |
1 lg. apple, sliced thin 1/3 c. non-fat milk powder 1 tbsp. orange juice 1/2 tsp. extra butter 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 pkgs. sweetener 2 tbsp. oat bran Spray a small baking dish with PAM. Sprinkle 1/2 dry milk on bottom. Lay thin sliced apple over dry milk. Place remaining ingredients in processor or blender and process until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
