ORANGE-PEACH COBBLER 
2 cans peaches or 4 lbs. fresh peaches
6 tbsp. orange juice (1/2 - 6 oz. can)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter

Put peaches in 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with undiluted orange juice. Mix brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches in baking dish. Bake in 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until peaches are tender. Serve warm with orange cream topping. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
