V - 8 JUICE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 beets
1/2 bell pepper
1 lg. carrot
1/2 onion

Place tomatoes in pan to simmer. Grind celery, onion, pepper, carrot, garlic, and beets in food grinder and add to tomatoes. Simmer until soft. Put through colander and then fill fruit jars and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to each jar. Cap and cook in hot water bath about 20 minutes.
