VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 roll Ritz crackers (20 to 30 crackers) crushed into little pieces
1/2 cube butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese (mild or spicy)
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)

Place par-boiled vegetables into a buttered 9x14 inch glass dish or pan. Melt Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables. Melt butter. Mix butter with crackers (not all crackers will be coated). Top vegetables with cracker mixture. Bake, uncovered in 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
