RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and butter as for pie crust. Add beaten egg with milk. Pat mixture in the bottom and on the sides of a 9 x 9 inch greased pan.

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 reg. pkg. red flavored gelatin (strawberry or raspberry are best)

Place rhubarb on crust; sprinkle dry Jello over the rhubarb.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix together and sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes. Good plain but very good with whipped cream or ice cream.
