GIANT BURGER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix ground beef and salt; divide into halves. Pat one half in bottom of ungreased 9" x 1 1/4" pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread to within 1" of edge of beef mixture in pie plate. Shape remaining half into 9" circle. Place on cheese mixture, pinch edge together to seal securely. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until done, 40 minutes for medium, 50 minutes for well done. Remove from plate. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 6 servings.
