CONFETTI VEGETABLE RING 
1 c. mashed cooked carrots
1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1/3 c. butter - softened
4 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine carrots, broccoli, corn, milk, cracker crumbs, cheese, onion and butter in large mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Beat eggs until frothy. Blend into carrot mixture lightly.
