BUTTERMILK PIE 
4 eggs
2 C sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 stick butter
2/3 C buttermilk

Mix eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon flavoring, salt, and butter well. After mixed well add butter milk. Pour into 2-8-inch pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 40 - 45 minutes.
