GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
7 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
2 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 med. stalks celery, chopped
5 cubes bouillon
3 carrots, sliced
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. basil

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cabbage. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add cabbage for last 5 minutes.
